Our insurrectionary conscience was awoken by news of anarchist warrior Luciano Pitronello’s wounding in action thousands of kilometers away from us, comrade Tamara’s sentencing by the Spanish state, and the isolation of our brother in struggle Gabriel Pombo da Silva and our Greek comrades Panayiotis Argyrou, Michalis Nikolopoulos, Giorgos Nikolopoulos, Gerasimos Tsakalos, Christos Tsakalos, Giorgos Polydoras, Damiano Bolano, Haris Hatzimichelakis, and Olga Economidou from the Fire Cells Conspiracy.

We decided to heed the Fire Cells Conspiracy’s call and take the streets to illuminate our struggle with fire. The example set by our comrade prisoners wasn’t limited to words and curses against the social peace. They took the decision in their own hands to blow up the system of domination. Even if we are imprisoned or killed, new comrades will continue to advance the anarchist struggle.

At 3 a.m. on October 13, we attacked capital by setting fire to armored cars that are used to transport money, destroying the filthy property of Servicio Pan Americano de Protección at the corner of Calle Olimpo and San Francisco in La Martinica.

Today, during the morning of November 5, we once again attacked their dirty money, turning it into ashes with anarchist fire in the clear light of day, bringing their casual Friday to a halt by torching another armored car—also used to transport money—belonging to GRUMER (Grupo Mercurio de Transportes) on Avenida Castorena in Jesus del Monte, Cuajimalpa, Mexico City.

Following the leftist strategy of the PRD’s (Partido de la Revolución Democrática) Marcelo Ebrard, Mexico City attorney general Miguel Mancera will surely try to cover up these attacks and keep lying in order to silence all proof of the advance of insurrectionary anarchism in his avant-garde city. Information is concealed and the facts are distorted, because all anarchist attacks ARE INEXPLICABLE SHORT CIRCUITS.

Chaos has returned for all who thought it had died.

We attacked the Kerava police station with fire on Sunday the 6th of November at 5 in the morning.
We threw six molotovs at the main entrance and at a separate entrance to the police parking garage.
However, we did not throw molotovs into the building because we did not want our action to bring harm to those possibly imprisoned at the station, knowing this course of action could have very well placed these people in mortal danger.
We want to take a stand against the oppression of nature, animals and life, the oppression that the police as the vanguards of the state enforce and maintain.

New indictment against the members of the R.O. CCF and revolutionary anarchist Theofilos Mavropoulos

A few days ago we were  summoned for a preliminary investigation by the anti-terrorist unit, in the prisons where we’re detained. This investigation concerns our possible prosecution according to Article 184 of the Penal Code, under which ‘Whoever publicly causes or triggers in any manner a felony or misdemeanor commitment, shall be punished with up to 3 years imprisonment.’ The investigation refers to the text which we had published in solidarity with the anarchist hangout Nadir.

The police’s persecution of texts is nothing new within the circles of insurrectionary anarchy.

On the contrary, there are precedents for similar persecutions in countries such as Italy, Chile, etc. where there is a strong presence of comrades who promote direct action.

The common pursuit of the contemporary international thoughtpolice is the prevention of anarchist propaganda of the deed and the dissemination of our ideas.

That’s why in these cases they do not hesitate to remove the gentrificated facade of democracy that supposedly allows the ‘free flow of speech and ideas.’

Thus, any remaining illusions that some people may have, now vanish. Things become clear: the anarchist action or discourse will be either illegal or nothing at all!

At this very moment, the new thoughtpolice is applied piloted against us, the imprisoned members of the anarchist revolutionary organization CCF, and against comrade Theofilos Mavropoulos.

It is certain that in future this strategy of preventive repression and persecution of texts will also be applied against those anarchist hangouts and self-organized projects that defend and spread anarchist principles.

At the same time, this new persecution is a general rehearsal of the new anti-terrorism law which the State wants to implement.

The new anti-terror law is actually a repressive upgrade of the Article 184 which establishes the preventive suppression of subversive expression. Under its provisions, the publication and distribution of practical manuals for action or texts that promote the anarchist urban guerrilla warfare shall be treated as ‘terrorist acts’ and be punishable by years of imprisonment.

In this way Power seeks to count reactions and silences.

However, it’s not the first time that we’re faced with the cops and prosecutors of thought. A few months ago a new persecution was unleashed against our sister Olga Ekonomidou and our brother Giorgos Polydoros, who had co-signed the international brochure ‘The Sun Still Rises’ as members of CCF. With the joint signature as sole evidence, their names were added in the case file for the 14 incendiary parcels that were sent to embassies and international police–prosecution organizations, for which our organization claimed responsibility.

All these facts form new ties in the judicial Gordian knot that is wrapped around the CCF. The cops of the anti-terrorist unit in cooperation with the special appellate investigators, who have undertaken our prosecution, are inventing a hostageship of constant new indictments at our expense. The court order against our comrade Haris Hadjimihelakis was obviously not accidentally inspired, since he was accused of moral instigation in the parcels’ case (even without any ‘evidence’ via phone tapping) just before his release from prison on the grounds of reaching the limit of 18month pretrial detention.

Furthermore, the State has unleashed so far four different trials against the CCF, which will be carried out in the future.

This judicial campaign against us will be inaugurated with the trial regarding three explosions (at the home of New Democracy deputy interior minister Panagiotis Hinofotis, at the Macedonia–Thrace ministry, at the home of PASOK official Louka Katseli), as well as the possession of one explosive device in Halandri’s house. The four comrades who were still wanted during the first hearing of the case, will now be judged by this court. Its start date has been set for December 14th.

In addition, most members of the CCF will also stand trial for the December’s six case (six people of the anarchist milieu arrested for possession of weapons and explosives). In this trial, three members of the CCF will be tried on charges of ‘leadership role in the organization’.

Then comes the trial of the booby-trapped parcels, which we will highlight as the central hearing of our organization, since all nine members of the CCF will stand trial together for the first time. There is also the case file against the five members regarding their arrest in Volos, which was joined with the case file of the gunfight with cops in Pefki (Athens), and so we’re prosecuted along with our brother Theofilos Mavropoulos.

At the same time two comrades of the organization (Christos Tsakalos, Giorgos Nikolopoulos) are prosecuted in Italy too, for the mailing of the booby-trappedparcel to Berlusconi.

Of course, there are still tens of open case files regarding CCF’s attacks at the desks of inquisitors.

It is a fact that over the last two years the names of those arrested for anarchist action are rotating as fast as someone leafs through a telephone directory.

The arrests, prosecutions, incarcerations, convictions shape a relatively common situation due to their frequency.

The State implements the strategy of shock, seeking to create an acceptable reality where henceforth no one would question anything, nor would be surprised by all that’s happening. Imagine how it would look like, a few years ago, if some anarchist prisoners had been prosecuted because of one of their texts. Today, Power attempts to establish a conceptual and practical wilderness within the metropolises and their periphery.

But we insist on speaking and taking action. We realize that perhaps our texts do not appeal to many people, but we know that there are still new comrades who do not like conveniences or to wait in their line until the next demonstration, in order to take action, leaving the interim period in standby and inertia mode.

Moreover, the anarchist guerrilla action has no start or expiration date; on the contrary, it breaks out 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

These are the wolves we’re looking for; they who make the nights in metropolis more interesting, carrying along them fumes from petrol and rage. They are the new nihilists, the anarchoindividualists, the comrades of the new insurrectionary wave, the tendency of anti-socialism (anti-societism), who come together on the threshold of the deed.

Our words escape from prison in an attempt to break the paper wall of texts and be turned into actions. It’s a way of communication with our sisters and brothers, not only in Greece but also internationally, so as to support and promote the Informal Anarchist Federation (FAI) and the International Revolutionary Front (IRF).

That is why, within this judicial cyclone which has been unleashed against us, the new preliminary investigation by the anti-terrorist unit aiming at a further prosecution because of our statement of solidarity with the hangout Nadir, gives us joy and makes us feeling stronger.

Apparently, even though we’re locked up in prison, they bear us in mind and are concerned about the spread of our discourse. We sincerely want to vindicate their concerns.

For this, we do our very best.

In addition, the prosecution regarding this solidarity text confirms the authentic substance of speech; because the anarchist discourse is the quintessence of life that we ourselves define through our acts.

So let us repeat, to remove any doubt they might have.

Yesterday at 9:21 a.m., liberatory fire burned once again, destroying merchandise. The Fire Cells Conspiracy (CCF) faction of the Mexican Informal Anarchist Federation (FAI-M), Chihuahua section, gave life to antagonistic fire at the Woolworth in Las Torres shopping mall, also setting fire to several multinational capitalist entities here in Ciudad Juarez in solidarity with the 32 protestors arrested yesterday by the forces of repression. Thirteen shops were destroyed, as Woolworth and Wendy’s were consumed by antagonistic fire. With this attack, we also join thecampaign for the release of comrade Gabriel Pombo da Silva, and we show solidarity with comrades Cristobal Franke, Francisco Moreno, Gonzalo Zapata, and Zerman Elias in Chile, our comrade Tamara, the comrade prisoners from the Fire Cells Conspiracy in Greece, and all anarchist comrades being held captive by the state in Mexico and the rest of the world.

We continue to strike the system of domination with coordinated international antagonistic struggle. Anarchist struggle is possible, and it is a weapon of solidarity with our imprisoned comrades. We leave behind the fear and indignation of the broken, and make the shift to decisive struggle against domination. We leave behind discourse and move on to practice. Our act of solidarity with the arrestees here in Ciudad Juarez doesn’t mean that we support the pacifist strategy of the indignant, nor does it mean that we stand in solidarity with their broken proposals. Our action isn’t in support of the Citizen’s Cause or any other leftist, Perredista, or Zapatista NGO. Our action is a warning that all attacks by domination will have a response.

We don’t want to change the laws. We don’t want to change domination. WE WANT TO DESTROY THEM!

Neither exasperated, indignant, nor broken—we are Arsonists! We are antagonists! We are anarchists!

Hello, my name is Walter Bond. I am currently serving a prison sentence in the United States for 3 A.L.F. arsons totaling nearly 2 million dollars’ worth of damage. Recently, I read a statement in solidarity with the Conspiracy Cells of Fire attempting to create a real voice for all of us political prisoners and prisoners of war, those of us that have fought and still fight from our prison cells against all civilization. I was happy to see that solidarity was signed with me in that article as well. Hello Comrades and a fraternal greeting to all those who fight evil, oppression and all government sanctioned authority.

To all those that don’t chat but instead act, I am your brother. For far too long, theoretical, philosophical, heartless, gutless cowards have pretended to be the standard bearers of liberation. But liberation is not a book or a speaking engagement. Liberation is not a set of laws being passed and the system trying to include you in their corruption.

Liberation is the abolition of oppression. Liberation is a scream in the face of all those that seek to use you spitefully, for their own hedonistic ends. Liberation is a can of gasoline in your backpack and the power of Mother Earth in both fucking fists! When we die, there will be plenty of time for pacifism and silence. Right now it is time to fight. It is time to resist with all the power and force that love and hate can give us!

Those of us behind the walls and razorwire, those of us that have proudly fought, will proudly fight and never bow before any authority outside of our own have shown this world the path to true liberation with our actions. But armchair generals and keyboard commandos don’t want actions, they want words. What a waste of time.

I have more respect for my enemies than the soothsayers, flatterers and hobbyists. Because at least my enemies are honest, at least my oppressors don’t pretend to be otherwise and at least they know how to act and react for the benefit of everything their twisted black hearts hold dear. No scribe, scribbler, voicebox or bag of wind is a commander of anything outside of opinions and pieces of paper. That is why I speak for myself. That is why I strongly recommend that all political prisoners speak up whenever we can because when we stay silent, lesser women and men start speaking for us. Or worse yet, our silence makes us seem non-existent.

This government, that government, all government will always try to scare the many with the few. Because the truly free, those with a feral heart, can light fires in their cities even from behind their prison walls. And you know what? They can have my body, and that’s all they can have. I exist, we exist, in the resolve of every comrade that is not scared and is going to employ direct action right now!

You can keep me locked away until this body is dead and decays and that’s the end of their power! You cannot stop the spirit of resistance that animates me! You can’t stop what you can’t scare! Welcome to the insurgency!

Anarchism means “no more government” not “welcome to my bookstore”! Animal Liberation means opening the cages and then smashing them, not opening your mouth in like-minded company. Earth Liberation means a ski resort gets the torch, not another Rich Liberal building an eco-friendly house. And Human Liberation means ending the oppression of all civilization, not chanting slogans to news cameras.

In direct solidarity with the International Animal Liberation Front, the International Earth Liberation Front, the Animal Rights Militia, Militant Forces Against Huntingdon Life Sciences, the Conspiracy Cells of Fire. So many of us captured, thrown into prisons, tortured, wounded or even dead. It’s getting more and more difficult to mention every comrade in each communique. Yet they are all worth mentioning, they shouldn’t fade into obscurity of silence of prison cells. Names spin in the head… People we’ve never known, but their dedication and sacrifice for the cause resonates with our worldview, with our own cause. And faces of friends we’ll never see again. Dead, murdered by the System. Is it everywhere like this? Are we all alone in this hostile world? Are there other mutineers, saboteurs, discontent? How do we get in touch with all this censorship?
How do we let them know with all this conspiracy of silence in media and society, even among political left? How do we communicate? We don’t know their language even. How do we write? While reading letters written by imprisoned comrades and their communiques, we can feel with all our hearts their hatred towards status quo, their anxiety to create another world by destroying this one. Each line of such texts flows like a stream through your veins. It gets right to the core and stays forever in your soul.

While walking down cold and dark streets of the metropolises, we never forget about hundreds of imprisoned comrades and thousands who have died.
